In case you have booked via aerlingus.com and want to change your itinerary, you should access the “Manage Trip” facility to change your flight dates or destination. For bookings made via the airline Reservations Desk, you have to contact the airline Contact Centre for any flight changes.
Travellers who book Aer Lingus flights via travel agents or other third parties are advised to contact the original sales agent directly to change their booking.
Passengers have up to two hours before scheduled departure to make any changes. Thereafter, the flight money, except Government taxes, is forfeited. The airline charges a change fee plus fare difference as per your fare type.
