In case of voluntary refunds, Air China accepts your refund requests as per the terms of your travel fare for the unused portions of your itinerary.
Upon your flight departing earlier or later than the scheduled time, Air China refunds the ticket fare and does not charge any ticket change handling fee.
Passengers are advised to contact their original channel of ticket purchase for voluntary refunds. For involuntary refunds, you can contact the ticketing carrier or the original source of ticket purchase.
You should also apply to Air China for refunds within 395 days from the start date of the ticket validity. Thereafter, the airline does not process refund requests.
