About Air France Flight Change
Air France permits passengers to change their flights at no cost and issues vouchers in Euros for each passenger in the reservation. So, if your travel times are flexible, you can change your travel time and book a similar flight free of cost and earn a voucher in return. Air France operates alternative flights at similar times. Also, the airline sends an email with information on alternative flights operating at similar times to the original flight. Upon accepting the offer, you can receive an email containing information about your new flight and vouchers for each passenger in the booking within 72 hours.
Air France vouchers are redeemable for more comfortable seats, seats on other flights, or the “La Carte” menu. You can also claim a refund if you have an Air France voucher by filling out the online form on the My Bookings platform. Note, such vouchers are non-transferable and have 1-year validity from the date of ticket issue.
