About Air India Refund
The Air India Refund Policy option is available on the official website at www.airindia.com. To request a refund from Air India, you can visit their official website and navigate to the “Book & Manage” section.
If you are eligible for a refund, Air India will refund the fare amount on the unused portion of your ticket as per your fare provisions. The Carrier issues refunds to the person named in the ticket or the person who made the payment upon presenting proof of the same. Refunds are made in the same currency and the same country in which the ticket was paid for. Use the Air India Manage Booking portal to submit your refund request. After logging in to your account with your Booking Reference number and Last Name, you can find your flight and apply for a refund. The system will show the refund amount and you can then confirm your request for a refund. You have up to 2 years from the date of ticket issuance to submit your refund request.
