About Air India Seat Selection
The Air India Seat Allocation option is available on the official website at www.airindia.com. To allocate seats for your Air India flight, you can visit the Air India website and log in to your booking. From there, you can select your preferred seats based on availability. Alternatively, you can contact Air India customer service and they will be happy to assist you with seat allocation. Please keep in mind that some seats may require an additional fee. Air India offers free seat selection services to First Class and Business Class passengers on select routes. Economy Class passengers can reserve preferred seats for a fee on select routes. Among preferred seats, you can choose between window, aisle and middle seats in the front and middle section of the aircraft. Flyers can purchase preferred seats up to 4 hours before scheduled departure. Upon cancelling your booking up to 48 hours before flight departure, you can claim a full refund on the paid preferred seat. The seats in the aircraft rear section and available at no cost; you can book these seats as per availability. Access the Air India Manage Booking portal to choose your seat.
