Air Mauritius offers an online check-in service for its passengers flying from the UK. You can check-in online using the Manage my booking or the Online check-in service on the Air Mauritius website.
Air Mauritius offers the convenience of checking in via online and offline methods. You can access the Air Mauritius website or mobile app to check in online. The online check-in facility is available between 30 hours and 2 hours before flight departure.
At the airport, the Air Mauritius interactive kiosks are available to check in to your flight and print your boarding pass, after which you can proceed to the Baggage drop counter to check in your baggage.
In some cases, the airline requires passengers to check in at the airport on the departure date. These include passengers requiring special assistance, persons travelling in a group, and adults travelling with infants less than 2 years. The airline recommends travellers check in at the airline counter at least 3 hours before flight departure.
If you prefer to check in at the airport, you can do so at the Air Mauritius counters at London Airport. You will need your passport, visa, and ticket to check in at the airport.
