About Air Mauritius Rebooking
If you have booked a ticket with Air Mauritius and need to rebook your flight, you have several options depending on your ticket type and the reason for rebooking. If you booked your ticket directly with Air Mauritius, you can use the Manage My Booking service on their website to change your flight online.
As per the Air Mauritius flight change policy, travellers can modify their reservations for a fee as per their fare conditions up to 24 hours before flight departure. If you change your booking within 24 hours of your ticket purchase, the airline does not levy charges.
The 2 modes of changing your Air Mauritius booking include online and offline. Contact the Air Mauritius customer support desk for any flight changes via the offline method. The online flight change method includes accessing the Manage My Booking feature. Simply sign in with your “Booking Reference Number” and “Last Name” on the Manage My Booking link, https://www.airmauritius.com/manage/booking, and then tap the “Search” tab. Once you sign in to your account, select the “Modify Ticket” option and make the required changes.
Note: If you booked your ticket through a travel agent or a third-party website, you will need to contact them directly to rebook your flight.
