If you cancel your flight within 24 hours of booking, you will not be charged any cancellation fees. If you cancel your flight after 24 hours of booking, you may be charged a cancellation fee depending on the type of ticket you have purchased.
There may be times when Air Serbia cancels your scheduled flight because of unforeseen situations. At such times, the airline makes all efforts to make alternative travel arrangements to take you to your destination. If the change is not acceptable to you, you can claim a refund.
If you wish to cancel your Air Serbia flight, you can do so via online or offline methods. Air Serbia issues a full refund if you cancel your reservation within the prescribed time frame. Thereafter, the airline charges cancellation fees. You are eligible for free cancellation when you cancel your ticket at least a week before flight departure and within 24 hours of confirming your booking.
