About Air Serbia Rebooking
If you need to rebook your Air Serbia flight, you can do so through the airline’s website, www.airserbia.com/en. If your flight is cancelled by Air Serbia, the airline provides a new free flight or a full refund. A refund has to be paid to your bank account within 7 days. You don’t have to accept any vouchers.
If you have booked an Air Serbia flight on the airline website, you can change your booking via the “My Reservation” link, https://www.airserbia.com/en#open-my-booking-form. Only sign in to your account with your “Booking Code” and “Surname” and make the requisite changes. You will be informed about any rebooking charges; after making the payment, your new reservation will be confirmed.
In case you made your reservation via an Air Serbia office, you are required to contact the respective sales agent to rebook your flight.
You can also get in touch with the Air Serbia Contact Centre to rebook your flight or obtain more information about rebooking your flight.
Air Serbia allows passengers to rebook their flights up to 1 day before flight departure.
