Air Serbia’s refund policy varies depending on the type of ticket you have purchased and the reason for the refund request. To apply for a refund, you can fill out the refund application form available on Air Serbia’s website, www.airserbia.com/en.
Air Serbia issues refunds on the unused portion of the ticket as per the applicable fare rules. Refunds are entertained upon surrendering Air Serbia tickets and flight coupons.
In the event that Air Serbia cancels your flight due to extraordinary circumstances, you will be entitled to a refund on the full fare if no portion of your ticket has been used. If you cancel your Air Serbia flight, you will get a refund equal to the paid fare after deducting the applicable cancellation fees or service charges.
If you apply for a refund a year after the expiry of the ticket’s validity, the airline could refuse a refund.
