In the Economy service class, you can take your pick from GREEN, GREEN Plus, and Classic fares. BUSINESS and BUSINESS Light fares are available in Business service class.
Air Baltic allows a maximum of 9 persons in a single booking, including both adults and children. If you are travelling in a group of 8 persons or more, it is recommended to make a group booking. By doing so, you have to submit the list of passengers at least 7 days before scheduled departure and each passenger can benefit from free checked baggage allowance.
The airline provides passengers with the option of selecting their seats onboard, too. Travellers can preselect seats online up to 1 hour before their flight departs. The costs of seat reservations vary as per the seat selected and destination. The airline assigns seats at random during the check-in process if passengers do not book their seats in advance.
If you have a GREEN or GREEN PLUS ticket, you will be charged a fee for reserving a seat. Seat reservation is free of charge for BUSINESS and GREEN plus ticket holders and airBaltic Club VIP passengers.
The airline executives provide information about the Unaccompanied Minor Service policy of the airline, as well. This service is mandatory for children between the ages of 5 and 11 years. For children between 12 and 17 years of age, parents have to request for this service. As part of this service, the child is the responsibility of the airline officials from the departure airport to the destination airport. Parents have to share details of the name and contact details of the person who will receive the child at the destination. Parents or guardians are required to provide this information when checking in for the flight. Additionally, they have to stay at the airport until the flight departs. More so, at the destination airport, the guardian or parent should come on time to take the child.
