About airBaltic Refund
airBaltic’s refund policy varies depending on the type of ticket you have purchased and the reason for the refund request. To apply for a refund, you can fill out the refund application form available on airBaltic’s website, airbaltic.com.
In cases of revoked flights, passengers can claim a refund. However, in the case of cancelled flights, you will be refunded as per your fare conditions. Business fares are fully refundable while only tax refunds are given for Business Light reservations when flights are cancelled. For Classic fares, cancellation fees apply, although customers can request for refunds via money or gift cards. If you have a Green or Green Plus ticket, you should apply for a refund within the validity period; otherwise, you will be eligible only for a tax refund.
To claim your refund, you should access the online refund request form on the airBaltic official portal and submit the same after providing the requisite information.
