Among your options when it comes to making ANA flight cancellations are online and offline methods. Access the ANA website or ANA app to sign in to your account and cancel your flight online. Speak to the ANA representatives on the phone to cancel your booking offline. For any ANA flight cancellations initiated within 24 hours of making the reservation when the flight is scheduled at least 7 days away, no charges are levied.
Upon the 24-hour grace period expiry, the airline charges penalties and cancellation fees on both refundable tickets and non-refundable fares. The charges and penalties are lower for refundable fares as compared to non-refundable tickets. In cases where ANA is not able to operate flights, passengers are then entitled to compensation.
Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Booking:
If you cancel your ANA airline ticket within 24 hours of booking, you are eligible for a full refund, regardless of the fare type.
