ANA allows passengers to make flight changes as per their fare conditions. Depending on whether your fare permits flight changes or not, you are allowed or not allowed to make reservation changes. While some fares may not allow for flight changes, other fares levy handling fees to modify flight reservations. If you use the ANA website to purchase a flight ticket, you can make reservation changes on the platform. The exchange service charge does not apply for flight changes initiated via the ANA website. For any ANA flight changes processed via the ANA Contact Centre, a set service charge per passenger per ticket applies.
