The ANA Manage my Booking option is available on the official website at www.ana.co.jp/en/gb/. ANA allows passengers to manage their bookings easily online by visiting their website and logging in to the “Manage My Booking” section.
As an ANA passenger, you can manage your flight booking online or offline. Access the ANA Manage Booking link, click here for online flight management. This convenient online platform allows travellers to manage their booking online, which includes making flight changes, upgrading travel class, and viewing flight details. Adding services (including extra baggage and special meals) and checking flight status are among other tasks you can perform on this platform. Sign in with your “Booking Reference Number” and “Last Name” to log in to your account to start managing your booking online. To manage your ANA booking offline, you should contact the ANA Customer Care number to request for additional services.
