The ANA refund policy for international flights varies depending on whether you hold a refundable or non-refundable ticket. Travelers are eligible for a full refund in cases where they cancel their ANA reservations within 24 hours of making the reservation when the flight departure time is at least 7 days away. If ANA flight tickets are cancelled after the 24-hour window, passengers are liable to pay cancellation fees and penalties, depending on the fare type and route. After deducting the applicable fees, the airline refunds the amount via the original mode of payment.

There may also be times when ANA flights are delayed and you can then claim a full refund if the delay is more than 3 hours. You can submit your refund request for international flights by contacting the ANA Support Desk number, visiting an ANA ticketing counter, or through the ANA website.
