About Seat Selection
The Avianca Seat Allocation option is available on the official website at avianca.com. Avianca allows passengers to select their seats during the booking process, or at any time up to 24 hours before departure. If you haven’t selected a seat yet, you can do so by logging in to your booking on the Avianca website or by contacting their customer service team.
Your travel fare determines your choice of seat onboard Avianca flights. You have an array of seat options to take your pick from on Avianca flights: Economy seats, Premium seats, and Premium Plus seats. Although Avianca provides seats free of cost, you can reserve them by paying a fee. Avianca allows passengers to choose their seats at the time of booking and after booking until the boarding deadline. If any passenger does not choose their seat until the boarding deadline, Avianca will assign them a seat randomly as per availability. You can select your seats on Avianca flights by accessing its “Manage My Booking” platform. Once you sign in, you can access the Seat map and choose among the available seats, depending on your fare.
