About Azerbaijan Airlines Flight Cancellation
Azerbaijan Airlines has the right to cancel flights due to extenuating circumstances. Passengers who purchase flight tickets via the AZAL website or Contact Centre are allowed to cancel their flights. You can cancel your AZAL reservation up to 3 hours before departure time for international flights. AZAL offers full refunds on all fares for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of ticket purchases subject to the scheduled departure time being 7 days away; this rule does not apply for group fares.
