Blue Islands Flight Cancellations

In cases where Blue Islands cancels your flight, you will be rebooked on another flight or you can claim a refund. You may also be eligible for cancellation if your flight gets cancelled, depending on when you were informed about the cancellation. When you cancel your flight, you will be refunded as per your fare provisions. With a refundable fare, you are entitled to a refund with deductions of service charges and cancellation fees. If you have a non-refundable fare and cancel your Blue Islands reservation, you can claim credit for the non-refundable ticket amount for future travel with the airline, subject to the deduction of administration fees. However, you have to inform the Blue Islands Contact Centre at least 24 hours before scheduled departure to avail of this option.

Blue Islands Refund Policy

Blue Islands offers passengers the option of a refund on the unused portion of the ticket when flights get cancelled because of extraordinary circumstances. In case you cancel your flight, you can claim a refund in accordance with your fare rules. Blue Islands has the right to refuse refund requests when you apply for a refund after the expiry of the ticket’s validity. You will also be refunded in the same currency and payment mode as the original booking. Blue Islands Flight Change Policy

The Blue Plus fare offers more flexibility than the Blue Sky fare when it comes to flight changes. If you have a Blue Plus ticket, you will not be charged for flight changes; only you have to pay the fare difference. With a Blue Sky fare, the airline levies a charge of £25 per one-way per person fee for flight changes; the fare difference is also chargeable to the passenger. To change your flight, go to the “Manage My Booking” platform and enter details including your “Booking Reference Number” and “Last Name”. Once you sign in to your account, click the “Change Flight” link of the relevant flight and choose your new flight schedule.
