When you book an Eastern Airways flight, you will receive your ticket showing the scheduled flight departure time. The airline may change the flight departure time seen on your ticket. In case the new flight timing varies by 2 hours or more from the original flight and you do not accept the change, you can apply for a refund of the full fare amount.

Once you sign in to your account with your Booking Reference number and Surname, you should retrieve your booking and navigate to the “Change Flight” tab. After you select your new flight, the system will display the fare difference and any other applicable charges. Go ahead and make the payment, and then you will receive a confirmation email.
