Managing your booking online with Eastern Airways is easy. Start by visiting the Eastern Airways website and then navigating to the Manage My Booking portal. Go on to enter your Booking Reference number and Last Name to log in to your account. Subsequently, the system displays your flight booking details, at which point you should tap the “Manage Booking” link.
Flyers can use the portal for an array of tasks. Access the portal to upgrade from Economy Class or Premium Economy Class to Business Class or First Class with only a few clicks. The portal also allows passengers to purchase extra baggage if they want to bring more luggage than their baggage allowance. You can use the portal to even cancel your Eastern Airways reservation, update your contact information, view your itinerary, check your flight status, and reschedule your flight.
The portal is also equipped to process your requests for preferred seats, special services, and special meals. Only passengers who have purchased directly from the Eastern Airways website are eligible to access the Manage My Booking portal.
