Among the 7 operational bases of Enter Air company are Frederic Chopin Airport in Warsaw, Poznań-Ławica Airport, Katowice-Pyrzowice Airport, Wrocław Airport, Paris-Roissy-Charles de Gaulle Airport, Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel-Aviv, and London Gatwick and Bristol. The Enter Air United Kingdom Reservations Desk is +48 22 355 1570. You can contact the airline team to know about the check-in and boarding deadlines. Passengers travelling via Enter Air can start checking in 2 hours before flight departure. And the check-in desk closes 45 minutes before departure time. Moreover, travelers are required to be at the boarding gate in advance and not later than 30 minutes before departure.
You can talk to the airline staff to also know about its policies for Passengers with Special Needs. Note, the airline recommends passengers to inform about their onboard special care requirements at the time of booking. Infants can also travel on a certified infant seat. More so, Enter Air does not permit youngsters below the age of 16 years to travel alone; an adult must travel with them. However, the airline provides its “Assistance Service for Minors” for children above the age of 5 years, whereby crew members provide care to them for the flight duration. For availing this service, parents should fill and sign the “Orders for Care of Minors” form. Also, they have to ensure the child is travelling with relevant travel documents, including Passport, Visa, and Identification documents. Furthermore, the child’s parents should stay at the airport until flight take-off.
It is also important to remember that Enter Air does not allow passengers to carry certain items on board. Firearms, flammable substances, corrosive materials, among others, are not permissible on Enter Air flights.
