EVA Air reserves the right to cancel scheduled flights because of extraordinary circumstances. In such cases, the airline informs the passengers about the changes within 30 minutes. EVA Air offers the option of alternative travel arrangements to passengers when flights are cancelled. If they do not accept the change, they will be entitled to a full refund of the fare amount. EVA Air also offers food, accommodation, and compensation in cases of flight cancellations in some cases.
Due to changes in travel plans, you may want to cancel your EVA Air booking. Access the EVA Air Manage My Booking portal to cancel your itinerary. Flyers can cancel their EVA Air reservation up to 1 hour before flight departure. It is important to note that all passengers and itineraries in the same booking record will be cancelled. You are advised to contact the EVA Air Reservation Center when you want to make a partial cancellation of your booking, cancel group bookings, cancel bookings that include other airlines as processed by your travel agent, and cancel bookings that are not ticketed.
