There may be times when EVA Air changes the status of flights due to unwarranted situations. Passengers will be updated about the changes within 30 minutes of the airline becoming aware of such changes. Moreover, the airline makes efforts to take the passenger to their destination via other travel arrangements when the flight status changes. If you refuse to accept the change, you can apply for a refund of the full fare amount.
In case you want to modify your EVA Air reservation, go to the airline Manage My Booking portal to do so. The portal allows you to change your EVA Air reservation from 3~7 hours to 360 days before flight departure. The changes will apply to all passengers in the same booking. If you have booked special services in your original booking, you have to rebook them in your new booking. In cases of changes in dates or itineraries, you have to pay the handling fees and fare difference.
Contact the EVA Air Call Centre for modifications if your booking includes special requests or if the booking contains more than 9 passengers. To modify your EVA reservation online, you have to sign in to the portal and find your booking. Go on to view the available flight schedules and make the required changes. The system calculates your new fare and you have to then make the payment to confirm your new EVA Air reservation.
