Once your EVA Air booking is confirmed, you will receive your Booking Reference number, which you will need to manage your booking online. Log in to the EVA Air Manage My Booking portal with your Booking Reference number containing characters or ticket/EMD number containing 13 digits, along with your First Name / Middle Name / Last Name. After signing in to your account, you can update your booking with a host of services.
The EVA Air Manage My Booking portal is equipped for a range of tasks. You can choose your seat up to 12 hours before flight departure on the portal. Use the portal to even order a special meal between 21 days and 24 hours before departure time. The portal is also available for passengers to check in online between 48 hours and 1 hour before scheduled departure. Flyers can also access the portal to purchase extra baggage allowance in advance; they can avail of a 10% discount when they do so. You can go to the portal to even modify your EVA Air reservation, check your flight status, and submit your refund application. The system will send you a confirmation email when you update your booking with special services.
