EVA Air Refund Policy Information

Passengers who have purchased flight tickets via the EVA Air website can apply for a refund via the airline web portal. Use the EVA Air refund portal to submit your refund request online. If you have purchased via the EVA Air ticketing channels, you should contact the EVA Air reservation and ticketing office to submit your refund request. Contact your travel agent if you made your EVA Air booking through them.

EVA Air’s refund policy varies in cases of voluntary refunds and involuntary refunds. Where involuntary refunds are concerned, EVA Air issues refunds on the unused portion of the ticket. For voluntary refunds, EVA Air deducts service charges and cancellation fees from the refund amount.

EVA Air makes refunds to the person whose name is mentioned on the ticket or the person who has paid for the ticket after submission of satisfactory proof. Only refund applications submitted within 2 years from the date of the ticket issue will be processed. EVA Air processes refunds in the same currency as the ticket was purchased, but refunds can be made in another currency as per the airline regulations.

EVA Air takes between 7 days and 20 days to process refund requests. Also, refund applications initiated online are made to the credit card or bank account used for the ticket purchase.
