Upon making a flight reservation with Fiji Airways, you will receive a ticket with all your flight details, including the date and time. There may be times when the Carrier cannot operate a scheduled flight due to situations beyond their control after issuing tickets. The airline will try to make other travel arrangements in such cases. Passengers with a confirmed ticket who do not accept the new change can apply for a refund. The airline does not deduct any charges if they breach their obligations.
Travellers may also want to cancel their Fiji Airways booking due to personal reasons. They are then required to inform the airline about their decision to cancel the flight via email. Your fare conditions will apply if you cancel your flight. The Carrier charges handling fees and cancellation charges as per your fare rules if you cancel your reservation. The cancellation fee also depends on the time of cancellation. If you cancel 15 days before scheduled departure or do not arrive at the airport, the cancellation fee is 100% of the purchase price of the booking. When you inform the airline about the cancellation within 30 days to 15 days before the scheduled departure, the airline charges 50% of the purchase price of the booking as the cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee amount is 25% of the purchase price of the booking when you cancel between 60 days and 31 days before the flight departure date.
