With the Finnair Manage My Booking portal, you can manage your booking online with a few clicks. The portal allows you to add travel extras to your booking with big savings. You can use the portal to pre-select your seat, book lounge access, pre-order special meals, purchase additional baggage, add sports equipment, and make a reservation for your pet travelling in the cabin. Changing or cancelling your trip are among other tasks you can perform via the portal. Access the portal to even check your flight status and update your contact details.
To view your booking on the portal, you first have to sign in to your account with your booking reference number or e-ticket number and Family Name. You can find your Booking Reference number, which contains six characters including numbers and digits, in your booking confirmation email.
After you log in, you can update your booking with a range of flight-related services and make the payment for the same. The system will then send a confirmation email to your registered email address mentioning all the related details.
There may be times when you cannot access the Finnair Manage My Booking portal due to technical issues. You can then contact the Finnair Customer Service Desk via chat or phone to manage your booking offline.
