FLYONE reserves the right to cancel flights when circumstances are beyond their control. The airline provides other travel arrangements when flights are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. If you do not accept the alternative travel plans, the Carrier offers the option of a full refund.
In cases where you want to cancel your FLYONE flight when your travel plans change, you have to submit your cancellation request online or offline.
If you have made your flight reservation via the FLYONE website or mobile app, you can cancel your flight online via the “My Booking” section or “MyFLYONE Personal Account. Start by logging in to your account and retrieving your booking. Go on to click the “Cancel Flight” tab and follow the system instructions. You can view the refund amount as per your fare rules on the system, at which point you have to confirm your flight cancellation. After doing so, you will receive a confirmation email with all the cancellation details.
Flyers who cannot access the FLYONE Manage Booking online service can contact the airline customer service team to do so. If you have purchased your FLYONE flight ticket via a travel agent, you can contact them to cancel your reservation and apply for a refund.
