Iberia Airlines may not be able to operate flights as scheduled in some cases. Natural disasters and technical issues are among the reasons why the Carrier may need to reschedule your flight. In case of flight delays, passengers will be informed of the same. If the flight is delayed for more than 5 hours, flyers can avail reimbursement for the unused portion of the ticket. Also, travellers are given assistance in case flights are delayed.
Iberia Airlines also offers a host of options for modifying your reservation when there is a change in your travel plans. You can have flexibility when it comes to changing your flight reservation. If you opt for the Comfort fare in Economy Class, you can change the date of your flight. By adding a Flexible ticket as an extra, you can avail voucher refund, one change at no cost, or any of the two options. When you have a voucher and want to redeem it, all you have to do is enter the code on the payment page when you make your new reservation. Refer to the Vouchers page for more information.
Passengers also have the option of combining several vouchers. Access the Iberia Airlines Manage Booking portal to make flight changes if you purchased your ticket via the airline website. Contact the Iberia Airlines Support Desk number if you made your reservation from them.
