You can cancel your reservation with Iberia Airlines and apply for a refund by filling out the refund request form online or by calling the Booking Office. Travellers are required to submit the filled-out refund form within 48 hours of making the cancellation. Depending on your ticket type, Iberia Airlines makes full or partial refunds.
When submitting your refund request to Iberia Airlines via phone, you have to provide details including passenger name, ticket number, and contact information, among other details. If the airline accepts your request, you will be refunded via credit voucher or payment in instalments.
When you want to apply for a refund online, you can do so via the Manage Booking portal. In the first step, enter details in the given fields including “Booking Code” and “Last Name”. You have to then retrieve your booking and tap the “Cancel Flight” link for the refund form to appear on the screen. Go on to fill out the refund form and submit the same online.
Iberia Airlines processes refund requests within 7 to 15 working days, depending on the payment method. If you have booked your ticket via a travel agent, you have to contact them for a refund and the refund amount will be credited within 15 to 20 days.
