The same rule applies to first-time pregnant women up to the 28th week of their pregnancy who are boarding Iran Air flights that are more than 2 hours.
In the case of second-time pregnancies, the airline permits mothers to travel up to the end of the 28th week of their pregnancy subject to medical clearance from a trusted team of physicians.
All pregnant women who are between the 29th week and 34th week of their pregnancy have to submit a medical clearance report from Iran Air-sanctioned physicians.
The medical clearance report of pregnant women travellers must contain the expected time of delivery and age of the mother. Iran Air prohibits pregnant women from traveling from the 35th week of their pregnancy.
