Jazeera Airways may fail to operate a flight due to unforeseen circumstances. Flyers are then notified as soon as possible when their flight is cancelled. The Carrier makes alternative flight arrangements at no cost to take you to your destination during such times. If you do not agree to the new change, you can avail credit equal to your fare amount, with validity of up to 1 year; you can apply for a refund, otherwise.
The airline processes your credit requests within 15 days and refund requests within 7 days from the date of request. In some cases, the Carrier offers compensation, assistance, or re-routing when flights are cancelled. If you choose the re-routing option, you will be booked on a flight one day after the original departure date.
There may be times when a change in travel plans could lead you to cancel your flight reservation with Jazeera Airways. Depending on whether you have a refundable fare or a non-refundable fare, the Carrier will process your refund requests during flight cancelations. Light fares are non-refundable while Value fares and Extra fares are refundable for a fee.
Economy Light, Economy Value, and Economy Extra ticketholders can cancel their flight up to 24 hours before departure time. Business Class travelers have up to 3 hours before scheduled departure to cancel their flight.
For Partial cancelations, you have to contact the Jazeera Airways offices. The remaining balance is held for 1 year for use by the passenger. Access the Jazeera Airways website or Contact Center to cancel your reservation.
