If you cancel your Jazeera Airways booking within 24 hours of making the reservation when the flight departure is at least 7 days away, you will receive a full refund of the fare amount. If you purchased your ticket via a credit card or online banking, Jazeera Airways refunds the money within 7 working days to the same credit card. For payments made via cash or cheque, you can expect your refund within 14 days after submitting your bank details and refund application.
