Kenya Airways reserves the right to change the scheduled flight time after issuing tickets due to unavoidable circumstances. You will be notified of any such changes by the airline. If the airline suggests a new change and the change is not acceptable to you, you are eligible for a refund as per the stipulated guidelines.
Kenya Airways permits passengers to make changes to their flight schedules within the validity period of the flight ticket. If you made your reservation via the airline website, you can modify your reservation on the Manage My Booking portal. Start by signing in to your account on the portal with your login details, including “Booking Reference Number or e-Ticket Number” and “Last Name”. Your next step is to retrieve your booking and tap the “Change Flight” option. Go on to search the available flight schedules and make your selection. The system will show you the fare difference and other applicable charges when you want to modify your reservation. Make the payment to confirm your new reservation and the system will then send you a confirmation email with your new flight details.
Kenya Airways offers passengers the option to leave their ticket open for 12 months when they are not sure about their travel plans.
