Subsequently, you will receive your boarding pass on your smartphone or you can take a printout. You can also print a paper copy of your boarding pass, although you need a PDF reader for the same. On the other hand, refunds are subject to the airline rules in cases of partly used tickets, voluntary cancellations, health issues, and travel restrictions. The airline informs travelers about refund conditions at the time of ticket booking. As far as non-refundable fares go, the airline refunds only airport taxes.

Also, when applying to SWISS for refunds, you should note that the airline credits the refund via the original mode of payment. In addition, passengers are entitled to a full refund without penalty if they cancel their SWISS ticket within 24 hours of making reservations and their reservations are made no later than 7 days from scheduled departure.

If you also want to know about the SWISS policy for traveling with pets, you can get in touch with the airline executives. The SWISS rules when traveling with pets vary as per your destination. SWISS permits each passenger to bring a maximum of 2 pets (dogs or cats) on flights in certified transport containers.

While one animal travels in the hold, the other pet travels in the cabin. More so, you can opt for carrying both pets in the hold. Remember that SWISS allows dogs and cats to travel when they are 12 years or above. You must even know that you can carry your pet dog or cat who is less than 8 kg in the cabin. Conversely, if your pet dog or cat weighs more than 8 kg, they have to travel in the hold.
