Virgin Atlantic Seat Selection

When travelling with Virgin Atlantic, you can book your seat at the time of booking or after the booking. Access the VIRGIN Manage My Booking platform to choose your seat online after you have booked your flight. You can also contact the Virgin Atlantic team and share your flight details to book your seat in advance. With Economy Light and Economy Classic fares, you can select a standard seat during the online check-in process or you can book your seat in advance for a fee. Premium Class and Upper-Class travellers can choose their Premium seats and Upper-Class seats, respectively, at any time before flight departure free of cost. Virgin Atlantic Baggage Allowance

Your fare class determines your cabin baggage and checked baggage allowance on Virgin Atlantic flights.

As an Economy Class (Light, Classic and Delight fares) traveller, your cabin baggage allowance includes 1 bag weighing up to 10 kg. Upper-class passengers can bring up to 1 item of cabin baggage, with the maximum weight of each bag fixed at 12 kg and the combined weight of both bags fixed at 16 kg.

When it comes to checked baggage allowance, Economy Light passengers have no free cabin baggage allowance. Economy Classic and Economy Delight fares come with a free checked baggage allowance of 1 bag not weighing more than 23 kg. Premium Class travellers and Upper Class passengers can bring 2 items with a maximum weight of 23 kg each and 2 items with a maximum weight of 32 kg each respectively.
